Jessica S. Batsevitsky

Jessica launched her solo law practice in 2011. She is an experienced practitioner in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, guardianship, conservatorship and family law. She obtained her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1996 and was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in the same year. In 2014, Jessica received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Elder Law and Estate Planning from Western New England University School of Law. In 2022 and again in 2023, she was recognized by Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Jessica is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Massachusetts Guardianship Association. She has received two awards for her service to the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA: Member of the Year in 2018 and the President's Award in 2016.
In addition to representing the clients of her practice, Jessica has served as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem, conducting investigations and advising Probate Courts on probate, conservatorship and trust related matters. She also represents clients in need on a pro bono basis through the Volunteer Lawyers Project in Boston, and the Veterans Legal Clinic at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School. Jessica volunteers time at the Center at the Heights, which provides for the needs of senior citizens in her hometown of Needham, and she currently serves on the Needham Community Revitalization Trust Fund committee.
Prior to starting her own firm, Jessica practiced law at the Perocchi Family Law Group in North Andover and Goldstein & Manello, P.C. in Boston. She also served as a staff attorney and curriculum advisory committee member at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the premier provider of continuing education for Massachusetts attorneys.
